- Customers who choose to pay via PayPal are assured that their financial information is

- Credit card orders also receive an encryption level of 128-bit: GeoTrust's SSL

Green Tree. Please note, although we use PayPal to process all credit card transactions, you do not need to
have a PayPal account to purchase from Musical Designs. Also note that once your credit card payment has been

| Due to the high occurrence of music piracy, all gymnastics floor music sales
are final. Prior to being mailed, each CD is played to make sure it is not defective. In the event that one or both of
your CDs are damaged during shipment, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will gladly replace damaged CDs within
30 days of purchase. Please mail the CD back to us with a note explaining the problem you encountered, and upon receipt
we will mail you a replacement (same song), free of charge. |

| Our standard turn-around time is no more than two business days, but
please note that during certain times of the year this process may take a little longer. Shipments are sent
through the US Postal Service as follows: |

- Domestic orders: shipped through the US Postal Service via Priority
Mail
- International orders: shipped via Priority Mail International.

Should you require overnight or rush shipping, please complete the online
order process AND complete the Contact Us page to let us know
of the urgency. As a general rule, our e-mail is checked many times during the day, but if you haven't received an
e-mail response from us within a few hours, we also suggest that you give us a call (just to be on the safe side)!

Within the USA, overnight/rush orders are shipped Express
Mail. Please be aware that Express Mail shipments are usually delivered the next day to most areas
within the USA; however, next day delivery is not guaranteed by the post office. Rush shipments outside of the
USA can either be sent Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days) or Express Mail International (3-5
business days). Additional charges will be applied to all rush orders. |

| Regarding your rush order, we will do all we can to get your floor routine
music ready for shipment within 24 hours (sometimes even the same day),
but we can't guarantee this. We'll let you know of the expected mail date when we reply to your e-mail. |

| CUSTOMIZATION POLICY: |

| Musical Designs will do our best to accommodate requests for customization
of our floor music. Many variables exist from gymnast to gymnast - factors such as tumbling passes and choreography,
not to mention personal preferences, are all important considerations. Since many gymnasts use the same song for more than
one competitive season or for more than one competitive level, skill changes made in the floor routine might necessitate
changes to certain parts in the floor music. |

| Typical examples of song customizations include tempo modifications, volume
adjustments, and the addition or deletion of certain phrases. Contact us with your inquiry; we'll need to know the
specific part of the song which needs to be altered. Please note that we are not able to provide you with the full length
song (you're welcome to purchase the artist's CD directly from them). Also note that some songs may not be as
"revisable" as others. |

| Our charge for customization is calculated on an hourly basis and because
competitive gymnastics can become quite costly to both parents and gymnasts, this hourly rate is kept as low as possible.
After we have discussed your needs, we'll work up a rough cut and e-mail it to you as an MP3 demo. You'll be
advised of the additional cost at that time (which is only due if you choose to purchase the customized cut of the
song), and complete purchasing instructions will be supplied in the e-mail. Please be assured, we work fast and our
"post-production" rates are very reasonable! |
